It is understood and accepted that this pet is not to be bred.
 It is not guaranteed to be a breeding quality, nor show
quality but is sold as a healthy pet which is representative
of the breed at the time it is sold.  Therefore, any problems
associated with breeding or showing your pet is not
covered by this guarantee.  Registration is restricted to
AKC.  It is your responsibility for the completion and the
coast of the AKC registration.  Any problems with
registration is not covered by this guarantee.

Your new pet's health is fully guaranteed at the time of
purchase.   Your pet will have already received some
vaccinations at the time of purchase.  If your pet has health
or developmental problems at the time, you may return the
pet for a full refund of the purchase price, providing that
the pet shows no evidence of neglect injury while in your
possession.

Within the next 24 hours you must take your pet and this
guarantee to your Veterinarian and have the pet examined.
 If you need an appointment to see your Vet the guarantee
will be extended to cover the appointment.  You must your
Veterinarian bring the vaccinations up-to-date according to
your Vet's schedule.  Obtaining a refund for the pet within
24 hour guarantee period will require a SIGNED statement
from your Veterinarian indicating the birth defect for
which they have recommended that the pet be returned.

After 24 hours the pet may not be returned for any reason
other than a problem resulting from a LIFE THREATING
CONGENITAL BIRTH DEFECT.  We will not be
responsible for any examination charges or treatment cost
incurred by you at the time of the pet's visits to the Vet.  If
the pet develops a problem due to a congenital birth defect
before it is 12 months we will replace the pet upon return
of the original pet.

ALLERGY problems or incompatibility with other animals
will not be considered justifiable for returning the pet.  If
you live in a rental unit,make sure you have permission
from the landlord to have a pet in the unit.                             
                                                                                       (The
only case of demodec'tic mange that will be covered by this
guarantee will be those that become generalized.)
